Communication style and preferences differ with personality types. This course provides you with a proven toolset to identify your clients’ values and communication preferences faster. Based on this understanding, you will learn how to respond effectively to clients by adjusting your own communication style.
Building on proven diagnostics, we identify levers to improve your communication results not only in business contexts. With 20 years of experience in top management consulting, leadership and coaching, your facilitator Dr Britta Mueller will invite and challenge you to take new perspectives on your client interaction!

Intro session: 19 October 2022 at 4pm CEST

Extended DISC® Diagnostics: Communication is a two-way street. In order to communicate more effectively, you need to know (and steer) yourself even more than your counterpart. By opting for the paid module, you will receive access to the psychologically highly valid and reliable “Extended DISC®” diagnostics suite. After completing a web-based survey (app. 15 mins) you will receive your personalized 50 page self-study workbook and have the opportunity to deep-dive into the findings and their implications with our business coach Britta Müller.
